Load-in is Friday, August 22nd at 11:00 or Saturday at 8:00 AM.

10x10 Booth: $400.00 - comes with 1 table, 2 chairs, and 2 badges

10x20 Booth: $750.00 - comes with 2 tables, 3 chairs, and 3 badges

10x30 Booth: $950.00 - comes with 3 tables, 4 chairs, and 4 badges

Additional tables may be ordered & paid for at time of application and are $25 each. All tables are 6” in length. Additional workers added to your space cost $25 per extra badge.

*SECURITY AND LIABILITY:* Exhibitors should insure their properties against loss or damage.
The Atlanta Vintage Guitar Show, it's promoters and the venue will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury for any cause to the exhibitor, exhibitors employees, or property. The exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless said entities for any liability arising from property damage or personal injury of the exhibitor agents. In otherwords you are legally responsible for yourself, your entourage, and your stuff at all times, including anywhere inside or out of the exhibition facility or the adjoining parking areas. We DO have police and/or security that stays with the instruments even after the vendors leave on Friday and Saturday nights.

*DISPLAY AREAS:* The Atlanta Vintage Guitar Show reserves the right to modify display areas as necessary. Exhibitors shall limit the display to space they have been assigned by the operators of the show. To protect our dealers. no one will be allowed to "hawk" the front.
Vendors are limited to brief demonstrations of electric instruments that will be monitored by the shows promoters. Refrain from "noodling"; thus making your neighbors happy. Vendors are required to furnish receipts with all sales and trades without regard to size or value of items. Customers are required to present these receipts in order to leave the facility. There is to be no sales of legal, unlicensed "boot-legged” goods including chinese rip offs.


NO DEALS are to be done outside the four walls of The Atlanta Vintage Guitar Show from set up on Friday through closing on Sunday.

*CANCELLATION:* Should the exhibitor withdraw their participation in The Atlanta Vintage Guitar Show, the deposit or full refund will be made if the notification is made either in writing on by telephone one month before the show. No refunds will be made after this date.

*OTHER CONDITIONS:* Anybody bringing any alcoholic beverages into The Atlanta Vintage Guitar Show without the express written consent of the Event Host may be subject to immediate removal from the show's premises without any refund of dealer fees. These rules also apply to anyone violating the no parking lot sales rule. In addition, smoking is strictly prohibited. Please move your vehicle to available parking spaces after unloading your merchandise into your booth space. Vehicles blocking any entrance to the venue, or parked in loading areas, fire lanes, or any designated "no parking" spots are subject to being towed. Also, no duct tape may be used, & all tables must have merchandise displayed on them since it is a guitar SHOW. Badges MUST be worn at all times. All exhibits must remain in place until Sunday at 4:00pm unless approved by management.
